The Minneapolis/St. Paul International Film Festival lives up to the “International” in its name by offering ten days of films with the emphasis on world cinema offerings. Opening on Thursday, April 19, with a 7 p.m. showing of Bamako at the Riverview Theater, followed by a opening night gala at the Riverview Wine Bar, the festival continues through April 29. Banako’s executive producer, actor Danny Glover, is scheduled to appear.
